Concentration choice recommendations

High concentrations (125, 150, 175, 200%) are used for:

• Deep grinding;
• Shallow thickness of tool working layer;
• Strict requirements regarding tool profile retention during processing;
• Grit sizes > 100/80 (107).

Low concentrations (50, 75%) are used for:

• Large width of tool working layer;
• Grit sizes < 100/80 (107).
